Secure now; upgrade and transform when you’re ready

If you’re running Windows Server 2012 or 2012 R2 or SQL Server 2012, these versions are reaching the end of their support lifecycle. Microsoft backs each server version with a minimum of 10 years of support (five years for Mainstream Support and five years for Extended Support) that include regular security updates. We recommend upgrading to current versions for the most advanced security, performance, and innovation. For customers that can’t get it all upgraded by the deadline, we have options to help protect applications and data during the upgrade transition.
